2. Preparing for the Mentoring Role

  • Supporting mentees in goal setting and development

3. Coaching and Mentoring


This advanced unit develops your ability to:

  • Plan, deliver and record structured coaching/mentoring programmes

  • Review progress with coachees or mentees

  • Evaluate your own practice through feedback and reflection

Award: Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (RQF)

Credits: 13 credits total

Units: 3 mandatory units

Guided Learning Hours (GLH): 60 hours

Total Qualification Time (TQT): 130 hours

Assessment: Internally assessed portfolio (no exams)
