Our Story
Cubitt Education was founded by Sadie Cubitt, an experienced educator, trainer, and leadership specialist who has spent over a decade working across schools, colleges, and corporate settings.
After seeing first-hand how the right course at the right time can change someone’s confidence, direction, and opportunities, Sadie created Cubitt Education with one clear goal — to make education accessible, practical, and life-changing.
From teaching in classrooms to leading corporate training sessions, Sadie has built Cubitt Education into a trusted provider of accredited qualifications, CPD workshops, and student seminars. The organisation blends academic excellence with real-world application, helping learners of all ages build knowledge that truly sticks.
Today, Cubitt Education is known for its learner-centred approach, high-quality delivery, and commitment to creating positive social and professional change. Whether it’s a young person learning about entrepreneurship for the first time, or a senior leader learning how to empower their team, every session is designed with one purpose — to help people grow.

Led by Sadie Cubitt, Director and Lead Assessor, we bring together a wealth of experience across education, leadership, quality assurance, and professional development. Gail Irvine, our Lead IQA and Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance across all programmes, embedding safeguarding and inclusivity at every level. John Evans, Leadership and Management Lecturer and CPD Workshop Facilitator, delivers engaging and practical sessions that inspire learners to apply theory confidently in their professional roles. Lenna Armstead, Lead Course Designer and CPD Workshop Facilitator, ensures our courses are interactive, creative, and outcomes-driven, supporting learners through innovative resources and development workshops. Together, we’re committed to delivering high-quality education that transforms potential into professional success.
