Welcome to Maths Munchkins where we combine the joy of physical play with fundamental math concepts! This is a special space where parents and toddlers come together to explore, discover, and learn through exciting activities designed to develop early math skills. We also offer classes and sessions to nurseries and preschools in order to promote understanding and awareness of maths using fun and engaging activities. We can cater sessions to the needs of each nursery or preschool and allow you to have a say in how the sessions are run and will be most effective.

🔢 Learning Through Play:
We believe that toddlers learn best through play, so our activities are designed to be fun, engaging, and hands-on! From counting games with colourful blocks to shape scavenger hunts, every activity is carefully crafted to teach basic maths concepts like numbers, shapes, and time while encouraging physical movement.
⏰ Understanding Time:
Even at a young age, toddlers can start grasping the concept of time. Through playful activities like “What’s the Time, Mr. Fox?” and “Day and Night Adventures,” we introduce simple concepts of time such as morning, afternoon, evening, and night in a way that’s easy for toddlers to understand.
🔢 Exploring Numbers:
Counting becomes a joyful experience as toddlers hop, skip, and jump their way through number-themed obstacle courses. With colourful number mats and interactive counting songs, toddlers begin to recognise and understand numbers in a playful and dynamic environment.
🔺 Discovering Shapes:
Shapes are all around us, and toddlers love exploring them! Through shape sorting games, shape tracing activities, and sensory play with shape puzzles, toddlers develop their spatial awareness and begin to identify and differentiate between basic shapes like circles, squares, triangles, and rectangles.

Our Team.
The team at Cubitt Education blends a wealth of experience in teaching, leadership, and childcare to provide high-quality educational programs and services.
Sadie is an accomplished educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a degree in Education Studies and English, a Diploma in teaching Mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management. Her expertise spans curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and leadership in educational settings.
Sally is our Childcare and Education Coordinator. She is a seasoned childcare professional with over 15 years of experience as a childminder, during which she successfully ran her own business, Chirpy Childminding. She also has 5 years of experience as a nursery supervisor, bringing expertise in early years education, child development, and group management.
